Who is Esra Marsan Akgüç?
Esra Marşan Akgüç is an experienced lawyer registered with both the Ankara Bar Association and the New York Bar Association. She started her academic journey at TED Ankara College and successfully completed her law degree at Bilkent University Faculty of Law. After practising law in Turkey for a while, she moved to the United States of America to give her career an international dimension.
She continued her legal education in the USA with an LLM (Master of Laws) programme at the University of California, Hastings College of Law. During her LLM programme, she worked as a research assistant with the professor and dean of immigration law at the same university, where she had the opportunity to combine her academic knowledge with practical experience.
After completing her LL.M. program, she worked at an immigration law firm in Los Angeles, where she gained extensive experience in immigration law. At the same time, she deepened her expertise in the business world by earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Southern States University.
Following the completion of her MBA, she founded Marsan Akguc Law Firm in early 2022 and has since continued to specialize in immigration and business law within her own practice, maintaining her commitment to providing expert legal services.
